Jack Daniels 10-Years Tennessee Whiskey

1 minute read Jack Daniels 10-Years Tennessee Whiskey

For the first time in over 100 years, Jack Daniel’s has released a bottle with an age statement on it. The initial release is aged 10 years, and is known as Jack Daniel’s 10 Years Old Tennessee Whiskey. This bottle was released in September 2021, with availability being extremely hard to come by. It didn’t hit stores in the eastern half of Missouri until February 2022, and was sold out quickly.

I was able to get two bottles ordered online this fall, and have them in my collection for now, though I have yet to open one, hoping I can find a third bottle.

The bottle is somewhat unique to the release, though has a very similar shape to the 150th Distillery Anniversary bottle. It comes with an adhered black label, with white and gold print.

The front label reads:

Jack Daniel’s 10 Years Old Tennessee Whiskey. Distilled and Bottled BY Jack Daniel Distillery. Lynchburg, Tennessee, USA. Est. & Reg in 1866.

The sides of the label read:

Limited Release

The rear label reads:

Aged 10 Years Maturing whiskey for more than 150 years gives us the knowledge necessary to slowly rest our Tennessee WHiskey through 10 Summers. We think you’ll agree, it’s worth the wait.

Batch No. 10-001 Master Distiller Chris Fletcher

If you get a chance to pick up this bottle, it is highly recommended that you do so! I know I can find it in St. Louis, though the store that has it is asking $399 for it. If I can find another one around MSRP, or under $100 I will pick another up myself.
